The course dives deep into Asana, Pranayama, heart-centered Meditation, and traditional tantric practices of India. Enriching experiences include devotional singing, Kirtan, Bhajans, women’s sacred dance, sister circles, and divine rituals, offering a balanced and intuitive approach to yoga training.
The program includes three detailed study manuals covering Theory and Techniques, Asana Methodology, and Anatomy and Physiology in Yoga. You'll explore the history, philosophy, and sacred scriptures of Yoga, along with practical teaching aspects like alignment, posture, and sequencing. Personal guidance from experienced teachers, along with peer practice sessions and valuable feedback, will support your journey of self-inquiry and help you mature into a confident yoga teacher.

Food and Accommodation
You will stay in very comfortable private or shared double rooms. The views are amazing, and the rooms are cleaned, and bedsheets are changed every few days. The rooms for all of our groups are situated together to create a community feel during our stay.
We will be served wholesome vegetarian/vegan food. The breakfast offers unlimited fruit, with other options of muesli, porridge, fresh yoghurt, and tea. The venue supplies gluten-free alternative foods. The lunch and evening meal combine wholesome Indian vegetable and lentil dishes.
