Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only applicable to subscription fees paid for listed yoga studios on our website.
  • We do not facilitate direct booking services for website visitors. Instead, we provide external linking to yoga studios. Customers are responsible for proper investigation before booking with any yoga studio.

Time frame for Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of subscription purchase for monthly subscriptions.
  • For yearly subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of subscription purchase. After the initial 3-day period, a monthly cost of $9 will be deducted for each month used, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The subscription must be canceled within the refund request timeframe mentioned above.
  • The listed yoga studio associated with the subscription must not have received any leads, inquiries, or other tangible benefits during the subscription period.
  • Any promotional credits or discounts applied to the subscription will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions canceled due to violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] .
  • The email must include the Yoga Studio name, subscription Email ID, and reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team within 3 business days.
  • If the request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7 to 15 Days to appear in the subscriber’s account, depending on the payment processor and financial institution policies.

Exceptions:

  • In cases where a subscription is canceled due to technical issues or service disruptions on our end, we may offer prorated refunds or account credits at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions that have been transferred, resold, or otherwise exchanged.
