100-hour yoga teacher training course offered by Vinyasa Yogashala provides you with a basic knowledge of yoga teacher training both theoretically and practically. It gives you hands-on activity that involves all vital elements of Yoga such as Asana, meditation, mudra, Mantra, Anatomy and physiology, Ethics, Yoga professionalism, and several other yoga methodologies.

100-hour yoga teacher training can be completed as a part of 200-hour yoga teacher training or 300-hour yoga teacher training, or 500-hour yoga teacher training of Yoga Alliance. It deepens and increases your knowledge and practices of Yoga. It is a short-term yoga course that gets accomplished in 2 weeks.
