At our retreat, we serve three meals a day, each meticulously prepared to be gluten-free, pure vegetarian, and vegan, offering myriad health benefits. Our meals are freshly crafted using organic, locally sourced Balinese ingredients, lightly seasoned to provide fiber, complex carbohydrates, and essential vitamins. These nourishing meals will energize and uplift you, supporting you throughout your intensive practice. We prioritize serving food freshly prepared, ensuring you receive the highest amount of vital energy, or Prana, from each dish. Our chefs are dedicated to delighting your taste buds with a delicious variety of foods every day, including vegetable and fruit salads.
Additionally, we accommodate vegan dietary preferences and any allergies you may have; please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements. For our TTC (Teacher Training Course) students, we offer purified water (cold/warm), herbal tea, and coffee to enhance your experience.
