The series runs through September 25, with each class lasting an hour. While the sessions are free, pre-registration is required. Upon arrival, participants need to show their QR code from the registration confirmation email to the Bryant Park check-in staff, positioned at the four corners of the lawn. Look for pink barricades or a pink tent to find the check-in points.
What to Bring
Participants must bring their own yoga mats, as mats will not be provided.

At each session, we hope to empower participants to find strength, confidence, and beauty in the burn.”
