Join our 3-Day Integrated Yoga Retreat, designed to introduce beginners to the holistic principles and values of yoga. Throughout the program, participants will receive guidance on fundamental yogic concepts, including the meaning and history of yoga, its benefits, and the diverse dimensions of yoga practice. Additionally, we offer an exciting excursion where attendees can choose between participating in the Elephant Feeding and Bathing program or enjoying a local sightseeing tour.

This rejuvenating retreat, set in Thailand, spans 3 days and 2 nights, making it ideal for individuals with limited time away from their work or responsibilities.

Suan Sati offers “Guest House Style” yoga and meditation retreats in Chiang Mai from May to September. You have the flexibility to choose your arrival and departure dates, with a minimum 3-night stay requirement during these months.

Our schedule includes twice daily yoga and meditation sessions, daily workshops, and ample relaxation time. Join a supportive community of diverse individuals committed to self-discovery, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. We provide affordable, all-inclusive retreats suitable for any budget.

In 2024, we’re open from May 1st to May 29th (Hot Season) and July 5th to September 26th (Rainy Season). Please note that outside of these dates, we’ll be hosting teacher training courses and unable to accommodate retreat guests. We look forward to welcoming you back in early November for our winter retreat program.
